PDI (Predelivery inspection) with the updated 2019 PDI.

Purpose for Service Bulletin
This bulletin informs dealers that Harley-Davidson has made
a change to the front tire cold pressure on some Softail® models
shipped on or after 06/17/2019. Refer to Table 2.

• Update all 2019 Softail service manuals to reflect the change
in Table 2.
• PDIs on any 2019 FXBB or FXLR should now follow this
updated cold tire pressure guidance.
• The Softail owner’s manual has been revised to reflect the
updated recommended cold tire pressures noted in Table
2. The original 2019 Softail owner’s manual (Part No.
94000536) may be used with all Softail models except FXBB
and FXLR. The new 2019 Softail owner’s manual (Part No.
94000764) can be used with all Softail models, and must be
used with FXBB and FXLR. See Table 3 for correct owner’s
manual application and dealer actions required:
