The PicoScope is now available for purchase through PPD.
The Tool Requirement Level is currently Level 4. At some point in the future, the Tool Requirement Level may be
raised.
Warranty
SRT times for the use of this tool are currently being developed. Use appropriate Operation Code XXX time when
using this tool for warranty repairs.
Ensure test results are included in the claim story.
This bulletin will be updated as SRT guidance and times are further developed.

Parts are available from PACCAR Parts via DSP.
This PicoScope has been customized for PACCAR. The support software will be updated with unique files specific
to PACCAR. These files may not be supported on other PicoScope versions.

Background
A PACCAR supported PicoScope is an automotive oscilloscope that interfaces through a PC. The software that
interfaces with the oscilloscope can be run on the same laptop that runs other diagnostic software. Consult the
PicoScope documentation for hardware and software requirements.
Kenworth training courses are expected to be available in Q3 of 2019. Details will be announced on the Service
Training site.

Procedure
Links to PACCAR designed templates designed specifically to diagnose PACCAR systems are available from the
PicoScope tool page.
The template files are zip files that contain, at a minimum, the following three files:
An instruction document for using the template file.
The template file.
A file containing a sample of the expected wave form.
Additional supporting documentation may also be included.
When you encounter an issue that you think should have or requires a custom template file, you can submit a
request by opening this form. Provide as much information as possible and accurate contact information. You may
