Kenworth is pleased to announce that, working with our partners Decisiv® and Noregon®, we have developed an integration allowing
Kenworth dealers to submit vehicle data to create or update a case directly to the PACCAR Solutions platform using JPRO®
Professional. The data includes, VIN, mileage, faults, and key parameters for diagnostics. This automated vehicle check-in method is
intended to reduce errors and expedite the write-up process by eliminating manual data entry. The integration also allows dealers to
use a consistent process with multiple OEM service management platforms, and is one of many investments that PACCAR is making
to increase the value that the service management platform brings to dealers with a variety of solutions and partners.
JPRO® Professional is a leading aftermarket in-shop diagnostic and repair solution for all makes, models, and components.

Peterbilt is pleased to announce that, after significant investment and working with our partners at DECISIV®
and Noregon®, we have developed a tool that is integrated with the PACCAR Solutions Service Management
platform. This tool, JPRO® Professional, can be used to submit vehicle data to create or update a case
directly to the PACCAR Solutions platform.
Resolution
Dealers that use JPRO® will realize a significant improvement in their PACCAR Solutions Service
Management case accuracy and will also drive their utilization of PSSM in all repairs. By supporting all makes
with JPRO®, dealers may also improve their overall Rapid Check and Days in Repair (Dwell Time) averages,
all while improving customer communication with the integration PSSM. JPRO® is an excellent choice and
recommended for dealers to improve their Platinum Service metrics performance.
JPRO® Professional is a leading aftermarket in-shop diagnostic and repair solution. This tool is highly
recommended at your dealership and will eliminate manual data entry, while reducing errors and speeding up
the vehicle check-in process, case creation, and ensuring the timely execution of PSSM case updates.
JPRO® will allow Peterbilt dealers to enter vehicle data from all makes and models, including VIN, mileage,
faults, and key parameters for diagnostics, directly to PACCAR Solutions Service Management (PSSM) to
increase the efficiency of the vehicle check-in process.
