CONDITION SUMMARY:

SITUATION:
A fluid leak may be visible under the vehicle and/or a 'Coolant Level Low' message may be displayed on
the Instrument Cluster (IC).

CAUSE:
This may be caused by the right and/or left auxiliary radiator assembly flexing within the mounting
structure, which causes cracking and may result in an engine coolant leak.

ACTION:
Should a customer express this concern, follow the procedure(s) below.

NOTE:
Normal Warranty procedures apply.

SERVICE INSTRUCTION:

CAUTION:
Wait until the engine has cooled before removing the coolant expansion tank pressure
cap.
Complete an engine cooling system pressure test and inspect the auxiliary radiator(s) for leaks
(see TOPIx Workshop Manual section 303-03: Diagnosis and Testing - Engine Cooling - Cooling
System Pressure Test).
If engine coolant is leaking from the auxiliary radiator(s), continue to step 2.
If engine coolant is not leaking from the auxiliary radiator(s), do not continue
with this Technical Bulletin.
Continue to diagnose the concern by following the relevant diagnosis
and testing section.

Repeat this step to the other side of the vehicle, if applicable.
Renew right auxiliary radiator (see TOPIx Workshop Manual, section 303-03: Engine Cooling Removal and Installation - Auxiliary Radiator).
