Claim Filing and Parts Request Instructions
Please view the map attached to see what region your dealership(s) fall under. The attached Contacts page will
direct Service and Parts Managers to the appropriate Field Service Representative.
While the Contacts Page will provide a direct means of contact, the 800 line is configured to prompt the caller to
choose your respective region (example: Dial 1 for Region A, 2 for Region B, 3 for Region C, 4 for Region D, 5 for
National Accounts).
Preferred method of communications, whenever possible, is by E-Mail. This allows us to better track types of
inquires in addition to providing documentation of the request. We request that calls only be made if immediate
action is required.
Reporting a Claim:
File the Claim on the WCS (get your claim number)
o If additional claim data is needed (pictures, estimates, etc) or follow-up on your claim #:
Send an email with the Claim Number and trailer serial number in the subject line.
State the complaint in detail. (Complaint, Cause, Correction)
State your opinion as to what caused it.
Attach your estimate for correction of the complaint.
Attach a picture of the Vin Plate, a picture of the area and some detail/close up pictures.
Emails w/ attachments should be sent to your Regional Manager with CC going to the Coordinator,
Brian Buckle and Sal Molina.
Requesting Part Numbers or Quotes:
Part requests and quotes must be made on PARTS123
If the customer is at the counter, include that in the subject line as well after the S/N
(i.e. PARTS - FG 2159 01 Urgent)
ALL Purchase Orders for quotes must be inputted via PARTS123
Emails are not monitored for formal requests or Purchase Orders
