Labor Day (September 4th) Ordering/Shipping Schedule

Please be advised that the entire MBUSA organzation, including the PAC and PDCs, will be closed to observe the Labor
Day holiday. Delivery schedule for Monday, September 4th will be as follows:
DDS:
Orders will not be shipped until Tuesday, September 5th and will be delivered Wednesday, September 6th.
Less than Truck Load Service:
FedEx LTL will be closed.
Pick-ups starting Friday. September 1st will not move until Tuesday September 5th.

PAC Emails

Please include your dealer code and Paragon number when submitting requests to the PAC email account.

HERMES Control Unit Configuration Update

Approximately 931 vehicles in dealer inventory may not have the most recent data configuration available, resulting in
temporary unavailability of certain telematics features. The data configuration will be made available shortly and the
vehicle will receive and update the configuration automatically. No service visit is required on the customer’s part.

Garmin® MAP PILOT – User Interface Changes
Garmin MAP PILOT can be upgraded to the latest version and it is recommended to carry out the update on
every new vehicle delivered to customers using the existing Download Manager for Garmin MAP PILOT. To do
so, you can use the existing Download Manager Tool for Garmin MAP PILOT in ODUS. A valid login to ODUS is
required.

Empty MYU USB Shipments
NTG5.5 MYU USBs shipments were received without the USBs themselves. HERE navigation confirmed that

Fed-Ex erroneously separated the letter and USB into two separate shipments. Following receipt of the letter, the dealer
will receive the USBs in approximately 2 business days; sometimes less depending on dealer proximity to the distribution
center. Appropriate processes have been established to ensure that should not happen again.
