4. Reconnect with Allison DOC® tool and restore customer modifiable constants and input/output wire settings
to the values recorded in step 2.
5. A test drive is not required.
6. The TCM calibration is now complete.
7. File an AWAARE Claim using information found in tables 2 & 3.
Warranty Information:
Allison Service Outlets shall submit an AWAARE claim for each vehicle completed under this Field Action,
2015FA11. Any additional work shall be claimed separately even if performed simultaneously with another
transmission repair (for example, overhaul; solenoid replacement, etc.).
Claim Submittal Information:
Approved Allison Authorized Service Outlets must submit a claim for work performed per this Field Action as
outlined in this letter. This Field Action initiative will remain active until December 31st, 2016.
