CONDITION SUMMARY:
SITUATION:

A knocking noise may be heard from the front suspension when driving over bumps at speeds between

13 km/h (8 mph) and 32 km/h (20 mph).
CAUSE:

This may be caused by the front left and/or right shock absorber rebound spring making contact with its

stop position.
ACTION:

Should a customer express this concern, follow the Workshop Procedure(s) below.
