Condition

A vehicle may experience a no start, a stall with a restart, or a stall with a no start.
There may be no codes found or codes including but not limited to B5060 C26C8
C0460 P06AF P08AF P0A81 P0884 P0AB9 P0AC4 P0BC9 P1789 P19FC U0100 U0121
U0131 U0155 U0422 U15E1 U18AC U1818 U2098.
There may be no communication with the ECM and/or TCM.
Upon diagnosis it may be found that there is 7-7.5 volts at terminals 86 and 87 at the
KR75 Engine Controls Ignition Relay and to the fuses that are powered by the KR75.
It is possible for this to occur after the vehicle has accumulated 5,000-10,000 miles.

Cause

G103 may have a poor connection.
This PI will be updated when additional root cause information becomes available.

Correction:
Locate G103 on the left frame rail underneath the Starter Generator Control Module (SGCM)
bracket.
The general location of G103 is shown below.

Note G103 with the cable removed below:

The ground cable runs from the transmission housing to G103 on the frame rail.

If the cable is not installed on the stud on the frame rail locate the cable and install it on the
stud.
The cable may be hanging down or possibly tucked up behind other components and may not
be readily visible.
If the cable is installed on the stud ensure that it is secured underneath the attaching nut
and then follow it back and ensure that it is attached to the transmission housing on the
opposite end.
Verify that both ends of the cable are properly torqued.
