• One connects to exhaust gas temperature sensor (EGTS) module.

• One connects to outlet NOx sensor module.
New 2-bung aftertreatment SCR catalyst wiring harness will have two connectors:
• One connects to the EGTS module.
• One connects to the outlet NOx sensor module. Refer to Figure 3 below for a visual
identification.
• Figures 4 and 5 provide a visual of the different options that aftertreatment SCR
catalyst wiring harnesses have. The “horizontal” and “vertical” nomenclature
describes the orientation of the wiring harness connector (circled in red) relative to
the aftertreatment SCR catalyst with direction of exhaust flow shown by the arrows.
• When replacing a 3-bung aftertreatment SCR catalyst with a 2-bung aftertreatment
SCR catalyst, reference Table 2 to identify the correct replacement wiring harness
part number.
