Certificate of Conformance and/or Clean Idle Sticker.

DESCRIPTION
If you need to replace the Emissions Label, Certificate of Conformance and/or add the Clean Idle Sticker because of damage,
loss, or an emissions change for Navistar engines. Cummins engines must be supplied by your local Cummins distributor.

PROCEDURE
Effective immediately, all engine Emission Label replacements, Certificate of Conformance and/or Clean Idle Sticker additions
will be provided by the Vehicle Programming Group with assistance from the Product Regulatory Affairs Group, via the iKNow
system. The cost per replacement is $100.00 (US Dollars) each.

INTERNATIONAL ENGINES
To obtain an engine Emission Label, Certificate of Conformance and/or Clean Idle Sticker, please submit the request through
the iKNow system by creating a case file for EACH VIN. Please be sure to submit this case file to the Vehicle Programming
group. Please provide information such as engine build year, horsepower rating, engine model. and engine serial number for
older engines. Requests for International engines in Ford vehicles will need to be submitted by an International Dealer.

INTERNATIONAL CV
For International CV/International 6.6 engine, the Engine Label is ordered via the TSC replacement label process. See G-6355
or PL1600001 for additional information.
To obtain a Clean Idle Sticker, please submit the request through the iKNow system by creating a case file for EACH VIN.
Please be sure to submit this case file to the Vehicle Programming group.
Case File Creation Process
Note: If you already have a case file open for a request such as a Horsepower change, CARB Change, etc. then you do not
need to open an additional case file for this request as the request will be handled in that case file.
The Emission Label and Certificate of Conformance processing time can take up to 5 days (not including weekends).

All processed and completed engine Emission Labels, Certificate of Conformance and/or Clean Idle Stickers will be shipped to
the dealer via UPS.
Once (You) the dealer receives the engine Emission Label, Certificate of Conformance and/or Clean Idle Sticker and the
appropriate work has been completed i.e. Recalibration, Horsepower change, CARB change, etc. the case file must then be
closed to ensure the proper billing cycle.
