Shipment of vertical markers for Surround View Camera calibration
We wish to inform you that future Ferrari models will be equipped with a parking assistance

system called the "Surround View Camera" that allows a 360-degree view of the area

around the car.

The system described above requires a precise re-calibration every time the initial setting

undergoes an alteration. The references necessary for the calibration can only be

reconstructed through a system of panels developed for the characteristics of the model in

question. For this reason specific equipment, developed and tested by Ferrari, is necessary

to help ensure the correct functionality of the system.

The operating details for the calibration will be provided in the workshop manual and

during classroom training.

The composition of the equipment is indicated below:

The Kit part number 70006097 is composed of 4 panels with frame:

Metal tubular frame painted with opaque epoxy powders;
•
4 Rear support structures in 20/10 mm sheet metal, laser cut, painted with opaque

epoxy powders and hinges with locking system;
•
Double front and rear support system;
•
Screw adjustable rubber feet;
•
Opaque white Forex panels;
•
Level for adjustment;
•
Rigid case for 4 panels with wheels to facilitate movement.
- IMPORTANT The Kit described above will become a (mandatory) qualitative standard of the

Ferrari Authorized Network's after-sales assistance service process and will be

included in the minimum list of specific workshop equipment necessary for repairs.

All Authorized Ferrari Dealers will have this new equipment direct shipped.
The complete kit will be automatically shipped to your dealership.
