MetroStar Emergency Response, chassis built between 5/16/2017 and
6/28/2018.

CONDITION:

Exhaust harness missing support bracket and hardware, which may
cause harness to rest on exhaust.

CORRECTION:

Install bracket and hardware to support harness.

1. Locate hole in rear exhaust support bracket. Refer to FIG. 2.1 and FIG. 2.2.

2. Using provided hardware, bolt standoff bracket to exhaust support bracket. Mounting
bracket horizontal, with short flange of bracket facing rearward of vehicle, and torque 2734 lbf·ft. Refer to FIG. 3.1.

3. Install clamp around exhaust harness approximately 6” from connection to exhaust
controls. Attach clamp to short side of flange with supplied hardware and torque 27-34
lbf·ft. Refer to FIG. 4.1.

4. Route harness rearward below frame rail then loop upward into frame securing harness
with frame clips. Refer to FIG. 5.1.
