owners of the vehicles affected by this bulletin will be advised by a letter indicating the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of each
vehicle concerned.
DESCRIPTION
On the vehicles affected by this bulletin, the instrument cluster software must be updated. This mandatory
cluster software update will activate the ESP Pop-up, the ESP telltale and the Check lamp to notify the
driver when an EBS system malfunction is detected.
Please make an appointment at the nearest Prevost Service Center or Service Provider to have bulletin
WB18-82 performed free of charge or reprogram MID140 with the latest update available using Premium
Tech Tool.
PROCEDURE
DANGER
Park vehicle safely, apply parking brake, stop engine. In the battery box, set the battery cut-off switch
to the OFF position prior to working on the vehicle.
1. Using Premium Tech Tool, reprogram the instrument cluster (MID140) with the latest
update available.
2. Confirm
completion
of
the
Program > Update Software screen.

This modification is covered by Prevost’s normal warranty. We will reimburse you 3/4 hour(s) (0.75) of
labor upon receipt of a warranty claim. Please submit claim via our Online Warranty System, available at
www.prevostcar.com (under Service \ Warranty section). Use Claim Type: “Bulletin/Recall” and select
‘’Warranty Bulletin WB18-82".
