Using a Scan Tool (wiTECH) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in
TechCONNECT, verify if any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are set. If DTCs are
present other then the ones listed above, record them on the repair order and repair as
necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin.
If a customer’s VIN is listed in VIP or your RRT VIN list, perform the repair procedure. For
all other customers that describe the symptom/condition or if the technician finds the
DTCs, perform the repair procedure.
1. Has RRT 15-001 already been performed?
a. Yes >>> Proceed to Step #16
b. No >>> Proceed to Step #2
2. What year vehicle is being updated?
a. 2015 >>> Proceed to Step #1 of Repair Procedure #1.
