SUBJECT: MIRAI COMPLIMENTARY RENTAL EXPERIENCE
Important Note: This bulletin is only applicable to Authorized Mirai Toyota Dealers.
To confirm if your dealer is an Authorized Mirai Toyota Dealer, please refer to
www.toyota.com/Mirai. Only Authorized Mirai Toyota Dealers are eligible to submit
claims for the Mirai Complimentary Rental Experience.
Toyota is offering complimentary rental for all 2016 MY, 2017 MY and 2018 MY Mirai fuel
cell vehicles as part of the 2016 MY, 2017 MY and 2018 MY Mirai Owner Experience
Program. Claims must be submitted via the Claim Processing System (CPS) for
reimbursement.
Mirai Complimentary Rental Experience Program Rules

The program provides the customer with a maximum of 21 complimentary days of
rental at any point during the 3 years, from the vehicle’s date-of-first-use.
The 21 complimentary days of rental will expire at the end of the 3 years, based on
the vehicle’s date-of-first-use. Any unused rental days will be forfeited.
Customers who have already used a partial number of the 21 days may use the
balance of their 21 days at any time for the balance of the 3 years, from vehicle’s
date-of-first-use.
Rental vehicle guidelines:
 The customer must be placed in a TRAC vehicle (based upon dealer
availability).
 If TRAC is not available, the customer must be placed in a Toyota vehicle.
 TRAC/Toyota vehicle excludes Yaris, Corolla, and Prius c models.
 Rental reimbursement rate is $50 per day, regardless of rental vehicle.
 Use of a non-Toyota vehicle will not be reimbursed.
