Open the tailgate.



Raise the loadspace floor panel.

Remove the spare wheel retaining fixing and cover.

Remove the spare wheel.

Inspect the suspension air supply unit expansion chamber for damage in the area shown.
If the suspension air supply unit expansion chamber is not broken, do not
continue with this Technical Bulletin.

- Diagnosis and Testing - Vehicle Dynamic Suspension to continue
diagnosis.
If the suspension air supply unit expansion chamber is broken, go to Step 6.

Replace the suspension air supply unit expansion chamber (see TOPIx Workshop Manual
section 204-05: Vehicle Dynamic Suspension - Removal and Installation - Suspension Air
Supply Unit Expansion Chamber).
1 Complete all of the removal steps.
2 Perform installation steps 1-10 only.
Continue to Step 7 below.

Install the protective foam block to the air suspension compressor assembly.

Perform suspension air supply unit expansion chamber installation steps 11-13 (see TOPIx
Workshop Manual section 204-05: Vehicle Dynamic Suspension - Removal and Installation Suspension Air Supply Unit Expansion Chamber).
