Cause
When a vehicle requests a parked regen, it may be found that the option or button
normally visible on the screen in the EATS menu is missing. An example of the screen
appearance is shown below:

Review the Bulletin
1. From either the Home screen or the Applications screen, find and click on the link to
the eMedia Center.
2. Click on Service Bulletins, located on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the Special Coverage Code (SCC Campaigns) link.
4. Enter the Campaign number (S7305) into the search box toward the bottom of the
page. Click Search
5. Click on the link that appears below the Search box.
Check For Applicability
After first connecting to the vehicle with PTT and starting a job card, all campaigns that
are currently open for the vehicle will be listed on the right side of the Product screen.
