Technical Background
Under extreme conditions within 30 seconds after cold engine start, misfires can be recorded in the engine control
module on all cylinders at the exact same time (2000rpm - 3000rpm range). No actual misfire can be felt.

Production Solution
New software in the ECM, J623 (address word 0001) addressed the condition.
