- Please refer to PIC6325 for IOR Infotainment system blank display and/or no audio concerns
*NOTE B: Due to the issues outlined in bulletins 17-NA-294 and 17-NA-404, it is not required
to call TAC for Radio Control/Display/ICS (Integrated Center Stack) replacement approval on
2018 Traverse models built prior to 11/20/2017 with Infotainment RPO IO5 or IO6. It is still
required to call TAC for approval to order other infotainment components and for Traverse
models built 11/20/2017 or after.

US Dealers - E ective 3/8/2018 the components below will be placed on restriction through the General Motors
Technical Assistance Center only for the 2018 models listed above. Please review recommendations below prior
to contacting TAC at (877)446-8227 (US).
