Over time your upper roo! windows may get a leak between Ihe glass anc Ine black
aluminum trame. The glass it held into the aluminum frame by windshield urethane.
The repo¥ procedwes are os fobows The repair is from the exterior of the vericle.
there is no need to remove the windaw from the fiber glass rool.

1] Remove the ruober seal trom around the window, You can use a fiat blode
screw ofiver 10 start the removal process. Pry the rubber away from the metal
frame allewing the rubber to remain) fal agains! the gloss, Pull the remainder
of the rubber seal free trofn cround the window. | You wil iMslall this rubber seal

On some windows you may

Once you have removed the
rubber seal ute 6 flo! blade
screw driver in the Inner track
pry the meta! clip towards the
gloss and remove the metal
clip.

2} With the nmubber removed cleon the troce where the rubber was insfall, clean
the oreo next to the gloss and the edge of the glass, With the window and
track clean give the atea a final wipe down with rubbing ciconet fo remove all
remaining olts

3) Using o winchiveld urethane place a.beed against the glass and Glununur
window tame, (some urethane wil require G primer to be painted onto the
metal before applying the viethane,) (Sea above)

4) Aller applying the
uretnane immedictely
clean andinstoll the
rubber seal Gnd melal
clips into the track, (The
best method for deing

Allow the urethane to dry for 12 hours before testing the upper roof window.
