Cause
This condition may be caused by the instrument panel (IP) wiring harness, located on the
passenger side, being pinched between the IP carrier and the A-pillar.
Correction
4991385
Note: Refer to Document ID: 4710368, Grid M4 location in SI.
Remove the side IP trim cover, and with a suitable light, inspect the harness for being
pinched.
If the harness is found to be pinched, repair the harness as needed.
