Apply a small dot of Bond-All Gel, p/n 04467709, around the backside hole of the
female button. Press the female button over the post of the male that is sticking
through the rearward side of the seat belt. Use the straight jaw of wheel weight
pliers to compress the sharp spike flat. Use the round tip of the wheel weight pliers
to compress and form the spike below the outer surface of the button.
