SITUATION
While DC charging, the charge session may fail to start and a Check Engine Light is illuminated. Fault Code
805526 is stored in the LIM as well
CAUSE
Certain chargers performing isolation tests on the cable can briefly go above 500V. This causes an
implausibility in the LIM.

PROCEDURE
In the case of a customer complaint similar to the situation described, begin by reading out the current software
level of the vehicle.
If the vehicle software is below I001-17-11-520: Reprogram with ISTA 4.08.2x or higher
If the vehicle software is at or above I001-17-11-520: Follow normal diagnosis through ISTA
A parts replacement will not remedy the situation and is therefore not permitted.

time.
