Please be advised that in observance of the July 4th holiday, the entire MBUSA organization (including the PAC and
PDCs) will be closed on Monday, July 4th. Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, July 5th.

VOR & DSO Referrals
Thursday stock orders, Friday VOR & DSO (before 1pm) orders will be delivered on
Friday night and Saturday. Dealers that are attended and not open on Saturday, July
2nd to accept deliveries must notify Parts Transportation so the appropriate deliveries
can be coordinated - email: [email protected]
Weekend orders, Monday stock, DSO & VOR orders, Tuesday VOR & DSO orders will
be delivered Wednesday, July 6th.
Thursday stock orders will be delivered Tuesday, July 5th. Friday VOR & DSO (before
1pm) orders will be sent FedEx and delivered Tuesday, July 5th.
Friday through Saturday stock, DSO & VOR orders along with Tuesday VOR & DSO
orders will be delivered Wednesday, July 6th.
VOR orders placed Friday will be delivered Tuesday, July 5th.
DSO orders placed Friday (before 1pm) will arrive Wednesday, July 6th.
VORs placed Weekend through Tuesday, will arrive Wednesday July 6th.
DSO orders placed Weekend through Tuesday will arrive Thursday July 7th.
Dealers are advised to advise Parts Transportation if they are unable to accept deliveries on any of these dates so
that appropriate delivery arrangements can be coordinated – email: [email protected] or

PROGRAMS AND PRODUCT UPDATES
Updated Parts Return Label
Effective June 29th, the parts return label has been updated with a 2nd bar code (see below example). The additional
barcode will allow the PDCs to scan each part and print the putaway tickets individually thereby saving time on the
ticket sorting process. There is no change to the dealer return process or action required.
Please refer to the Updated Parts Return Label NCA for additional information.
Price File Updates
In order to facilitate the future integration of the StockPro system and to streamline the part numbering logic, some
changes will occur in the pricing file that feeds into the DMS systems, effective August 1st.
The price file currently refers to “80” suffix Reman parts using the “60” suffix and this is reflected in your DMS
systems. In Paragon and other M-B systems, these parts are identified with an “80” suffix; going forward the price file
will be consistent with the standard part numbers. There will be no changes to the core (“70”) part numbers.

Navigation Map Update MY USB Sticks
Multi-Year Map Updates are now available for NTG4.5 v15.0, NTG5 star 1 v5.0. The new NTG5*2 update will be
delivered by the end of July. The program applies to MY15 and older vehicles. USB Map Updates for the NTG4.5,
NTG5 star 1 COMAND Navigation platform packages will ship to the dealers within the next few weeks with all
shipments received by July 11th.
