The air conditioning (A/C) has insufficient cooling output or none at all in the vehicle interior.
Insufficient refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit.
Cause:
The refrigerant circuit shutoff valve at the HV battery has a hairline crack at the intake connection resulting in refrigerant loss.
Remedy:
Check refrigerant circuit for leaks. If no external leakage can be found, replace the HV battery.
Information: The separate replacement of the shutoff valve is currently in testing.
