Complaint:
The COMAND unit (A40/3) intermittently changes the audio source from radio mode to USB or CD/DVD by itself.
Cause:
Software release of COMAND control unit (A40/3).
Remedy:
Replacing parts does not remedy the complaint.

1.) Temporary remedy:

Reset the COMAND unit (A40/3) via the system reset.

However, the complaint may reoccur after the reset.

Note: The user data reset will erase all customer data!!!

2.) Final remedy in preparation:

The software for the COMAND unit (A40/3) is planned for Regio DVD 03/2015.
