Service Bulletin No. L-SB-0109-14, “2AZ-FXE Engine Oil Consumption Inspection Procedure,”
MUST be performed BEFORE continuing with the procedure in this bulletin.
Some 2010 – 2012 model year HS 250h vehicles equipped with the 2AZ-FXE engine may exhibit
engine oil consumption. The piston assembly has been changed to minimize oil consumption. Use
the following Repair Procedure to address this condition.
