Introduction
Some 2011 — 2013 model year CT 200h vehicles may exhibit one or more of the following conditions
at initial engine start after cold soak in temperatures below 40°F (4.5°C):
* MIL “ON” with Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303. and/or P0304.
* Initially runs rough.
* Loud engine knock or rattle noise.

° This repair is covered under the Lexus Powertrain Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 72
months or 70,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
* For California specification vehicles sold, registered, and operated in Arizona (’12 MY only),
California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico (’11 MY
only), Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, this repair is covered
under the California Emission Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 84 months or 70,000
miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.

1. Use Techstream to check for DTCs, and confirm the condition per the Introduction.
2. Remove and replace the intake manifold with the updated part.
