Following are the instructions explaining what to do, when a TDI Kit is
delivered with missing, damaged, and/or wrong components.
Follow the directions below to file a claim with your dealer returns
analyst at your facing warehouse.
Reorder the components required to complete the kit through your
DMS system. Pages 2-4 contain the reference guide for the bill of
materials for each kit.
Any components with a value of $10 or greater, be prepared to
supply photos of the condition of the kit to the Dealer Returns Analyst
for approval of the claim.
Claim Filing Instructions
1. File a separate “Claim with Return” selecting “Dlr Sup. Req. Return” under item type, completing your
dealer comments with the Special Notice number and Parts Circular number referenced above.
2. Review Parts On Command the following day for the Delivery List document; contact your facing PDC
with any problems or delays.
If your dealer returns analyst requests the part(s) back, do the following:
1. Enter your 40000XXXXX delivery document number on a YELLOW DEPOT REQUEST RETURN label.
2. Adhere the YELLOW DEPOT REQUEST RETURN label to the package(s) containing the returned parts
3. Include one copy of the Delivery Document with the returned part(s).
