Warning: Selling a Dealer only "EZ-Tech®" laptop to a customer is NOT supported. Customers must be sold
"OnCommand EZ­Tech®" laptops only.
The OnCommand EZ-Tech® was developed using the Panasonic Toughbook CF-54 due to its reliability and durability. The CF54 is preloaded with our proprietary IMAGE based on Windows 10 64bit OS and with all the software you will need to diagnose
our latest International vehicles.

programming software is included.
**Diamond Logic Builder (DLB), Navistar Engine Diagnostics (NED) and NavKal Pro software require a valid license to work.
Please contact OnCommand EZ­Tech® Support to claim your licenses valid for 5 years from the original shipping date of the
computer. These licenses are given based on your computer serial number and cannot be transferred by any means.
***The Navistar Launcher Software is being replaced by HeRo (Health Report) Software. The Navistar Launcher software
sunset date is: 12/04/2017. Navistar, Inc. will no longer support the software after this date. Please upgrade to our new HeRo
Software. Owners of the OnCommand EZ­Tech® can download the software from the following link:
