Some LT vehicles equipped with a sleeper air deflector combination may exhibit a cab vibration, rumble or drone while cruising
at highway speeds (4070 mph).

Diagnostic and Repair Steps
Step 1: Inspect the air fairing for excessive gaps prior to road-test. See following four images for examples.
Air fairing is flush no gaps are present

Air fairing has a gap towards the center
Step 2: Road-test the vehicle with a co-worker to pinpoint the concern.
Step 3: Use soap and water to clean the affected area and air dry.
Step 4: Apply a thin layer of Bostik® SuperTrans to seal the gaps.
Water drainage is necessary around the air fairing. Do NOT make a complete seal around the air fairing.
Repairs have been made sealing the gap

Step 5: Depending on ambient temperature let adhesive dry for approximately one hour before road-testing.
Step 6: Verify repair.
