Is there DEF residue at any of the mounting inserts?
See Figure 1 below for reference

1. Yes. Replace DEF Tank and vent
hose. See Repair Steps section below.
A plugged or damaged vent hose may
cause a pressure imbalance in the tank,
causing it to warp.
2. No. If other leak point is found, replace
DEF tank only. See aftertreatment
manual for leak detection instructions.
