Some customers may comment on one or more of the following concerns. These concerns may be intermittent.

Reduced Engine Power and/or Engine Power Is Reduced Message Displayed in the DIC

No Crank

These concerns may be caused by poor terminal contact between the fuse and the fuse block.
Recommendation/Instructions
Technicians should remove the ECM_BATT and TCM_BATT fuses from the underhood fuse block and inspect each fuse terminal for contact witness marks
(scratches).

If there are no contact witness marks (as shown above on the fuse on the right) on both terminals of either fuse, replace the underhood fuse block. Refer
to the Fuse Block Replacement procedure in SI.

If there are witness marks on both terminals of each fuse, refer to SI for further diagnostics.
