New Literature Order Site

Thomas Built is rolling out a new Literature Ordering site to align with all DTNA
Brands. This is a tiered roll out, but eventually, multi-branded dealers will be able
to access all DTNA literature from one convenient site. Current brands available
are Thomas Built, Western Star, Detroit Service Documentation, FCCC and
Daimler Trucks Remarketing.
You can order literature now via the new site only, however, due to the
inventory transfer, it will be on backorder for approximately one more
week.
A few items to note:
 Brochures, DVD’s and Thank you cards will continue to be free, however
dealers will be charged a line charge ($1.25), order charge($1.90
electronic or $3.00 manual) and freight. A credit card will be required for
payment.
 Pocket Folders will be 25 cents per folder and DVD Sleeves will be 15
cents.
 The new site will only be accessible via the TBB Learning Center. This
will allow for a single sign on to the Literature Ordering site.

 If you have not created an account for the TBB Learning Center, please
do so to access the new literature site (attached is information on
obtaining a login).
 If needed, a user guide for the Literature Ordering site can be found under
the “Customer Service” Tab.
