Functioning
Cause
On Certain Volvo Trucks with the I-Shift transmission and the secondary gauge pack
with engine and transmission temperature gauges, the transmission temperature gauge
may not function.
Solution
If the transmission oil temperature gauge included in the secondary gauge pack does not
function, it may be due to software settings. Refer to Service Program SP 381 - 048.
Instrument Cluster, Reprogramming (MID 140). The bulletin can be found in IMPACT
and can be searched for by Title or by Function Group.
Note: If searching by title, entering "381-048" will return the correct result.
