There are conflicting tolerances in the alignment of pin and hole on the front brake discs.

Service
1. Verify that the noise is coming from the front of the vehicle.
2. Remove the front wheels and front brake discs.
Tip: Place the brake disc on the brake disc hub (wheel contact surface) so that the friction surface is not
damaged during testing.
3. Check the brake discs according to the attached videos. Multiple versions of each video are attached to
accommodate various video players and internet browsers.
• If the brake discs sound like the sound in video 1, the brakes can stay on the vehicle.
• If the brake discs sound like the sound in video 2, the brake disc pins are loose and are the cause of the
rattling noise. Replace both front brake discs.
