Technical Service Bulletin
Service
1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB, 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating
instructions.
2. Update the ECM using the SVM action code as listed in the table below, if necessary.
3. Perform a short test drive.
4. The next morning, verify the repair during cold start by recording MVB 14 and 15 (ambient temperature
between 50 - 80 °F).
Tip: Based on normal fuel quality variation, under certain ambient conditions some single misfires may be
recorded during cold start (catalytic converter heating phase). This will have no negative effect and no further
investigation is needed.
