Check if the car has been subject to Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) if not then carry out the work in accordance with these instructions
Parts

Work
Warning: Before commencing work on and around the exhaust system, ensure that it has cooled sufficiently
1. With the vehicle raised on a ramp support the weight of the exhaust system under the middle silencer using a hydraulic support or other
suitable prop

2. Identify the six exhaust support brackets that require nut replacement (see Figure 1, items 1 to 6 )
3. Working each of the six supports in turn remove and replace the three nuts from each assembly (see Figure 1, items a, b and c). Fit
replacement nuts (part number N10435507) and torque tighten to 22Nm
4. Once all six supports have been worked remove supporting prop from the middle silencer and check no potential for a foul condition exists in
the exhaust system as a result of working the six supports
5. On completion apply a yellow paint campaign identification mark to the right hand bonnet hinge (see Figure 2)
