DESCRIPTION
Decals are now available to update the front junction box on 2013 to 2016 Prevost vehicles; the
decals will provide updated information and component descriptions. Refer to the identification
part of this bulletin to locate the decal part number currently used on specific vehicles.

PROCEDURE
DANGER
Park vehicle safely, apply parking brake, stop engine. Prior to working on the vehicle, set the ignition
switch to the OFF position and trip the main circuit breakers equipped with a trip button. On Commuter
type vehicles, set the battery master switch (master cut-out) to the OFF position.
PART 1 DECAL LOCATION AND PART # IDENTIFICATION
1. Open the vehicle front electrical compartment and locate the FJB decal applied to the inside of the
compartment door (typical H3 coach shown below).

2. At the lower right corner of the decal, take note of the decal part number as shown in the images
below.
3. Using the material table at the beginning of this bulletin, locate the part number in the description
section and order the corresponding new part number through any Prevost Part Center (see figure
below).
PART 2 DECAL APLICATION
1. Using a sharp blade, remove the current FJB decal from the vehicle door (low heat from a heat gun
may help removal).
2. Carefully clean the area where the decal was removed from all traces of dirt, road grime or old
adhesive with a residue free degreaser or silicone remover.
3. Starting at one corner, apply the new decal in position, use a plastic card or scraper to gently “spread”
the decal and ensure bubble free installation.
4. If outside in cold climates, apply some heat to the decal area with a heat gun to ensure proper
adhesion.
