Fogging in Semi-Sealed Headlights Is Normal

Are the headlights fogging up? It’s normal for their design.
These headlights are semi-sealed and have ventilation holes to help prevent heat deformation. When air flows in and
out, however, it also includes any moisture that’s in it. If the outside of the headlights are cooler than the temperature
inside them, they can fog up.
Keep in mind there’s no need to replace the headlights unless the lenses are cracked or broken (letting water leak in),
there’s standing water at the bottom of the housing, or the headlights have stopped working because of it. Any fogging
should go away over time.
