This Service Manual Bulletin provides new and revised OEM axle lubrication information as follows:

Hot Operating Region requirements have been redefined.

HY-1350 Rear Axle lubrication information has been added.

Oil brands and specifications have been added.

For additional information refer to the Preventive Maintenance Section

of your New Flyer Service Manual or previously released New Flyer Service Manual Bulletin, SMB-113 dated January 12, 2012.

As this new information is critical to ensure your axles and the manufacturer’s warranty are maintained properly, please make this Service Manual Bulletin available to all service personnel.
