Information
When opening the wind deflector for the first time,
get another person with a screwdriver to carefully
press the guide rails at the left and right of the wind
deflector forward at the same time and out of the
limit stops ⇒ Figure 15 -arrow-.

10 Repeat Steps 7 to 9 again.
11 Wipe off excess spray-on grease with a cloth.

Move wind deflector by hand to its end
position “wind deflector raised” (synchronous
operation).

Insert pinion shaft ⇒ Figure 17 -3- as far as it
will go into the drive tubing ⇒ Figure 17 -4-.

Position drive plate ⇒ Figure 17 -2- on the
tubing and secure with the fastening screws
