SERVICE BULLETIN - THERE IS A FLAPPING OR FLUTTERING COMING FROM THE LEFT REAR OF THE VEHICLE WHEN THE VENT POSITION IS SET TO FLOOR/DEFROST, RECIRCULATION IS ON, AND THE BLOWER SPEED IS SET TO AT LEAST THREE BARS. THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THE REAR AIR OUTLET THAT IS BEHIND THE REAR BUMPER ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE.

BACKGROUND
There is a flapping or fluttering coming from the left rear of the vehicle when the vent position is set to floor/defrost,
recirculation is on, and the blower speed is set to at least three bars.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The noise is coming from the rear air outlet that is behind the rear bumper on the left side of the vehicle.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the left rear air outlet.
