Service
Inspect the Active Radiator Grille motor part number (located on the motor itself, see Figure 1) and perform one of
the two following steps.

Note:

To access the grill motor information, remove the noise insulation (lower engine shield) from beneath the
car and the motor will be located in the center of the lower air intake of the bumper.
•

If part number is less than 95B 965 501 H, similar to the picture below, the motor/grille will need to be
replaced.

•

If part number is 95B 965 501 H or higher, the motor/grille is OK and normal Guided Fault Finding diagnosis
must be performed. This technical bulletin does not apply.
