CONDITION SUMMARY:
Situation: The Global Positioning System (GPS) may be inactive with a red 'slash' displayed across the GPS icon on the Touch Screen.
Cause: This may be caused by GPS antenna circuit board delamination.
Action: Should a customer express this concern, follow the Service Instruction outlined below.

Remove both A-pillar trim panels (see TOPix Workshop Manual, section 501-05).

Remove both B-pillar trim panels (see TOPix Workshop Manual, section 501-05).

Remove both C-pillar trim panels (see TOPix Workshop Manual, section 501-05).

Reposition the tailgate seal.

Remove the roof handle and position the front door seal to one side.

& . cAUTION: Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the magnetic fixings.

& ,CAUTION: Make sure that there is at least 50mm clearance between the magnetic fixings and the headliner during the
removal procedure. The fixings will engage if too close to each other.

Remove the head liner retaining clips as shown.

18. Remove the roof pod retaining nuts.

19. Disconnect the roof pod electrical connectors.

20. Remove and discard the roof pod.
21. Reverse steps 1-20 to install the new roof pod.
