Support Certain Electronic Control Module (ECM) Calibrations
Issue
The November 2014 electronic control module (ECM) calibration for ISX12 CM2250 and ISX15
CM2250 engines has created an issue where the DESA tool will not work. This issue can be
corrected by downloading the latest version of the dynamic engine system analysis (DESA)
tool from the INSITE™ website at insite.cummins.com.

Verification
Verify the engine is an ISX12 CM2250 or ISX15 CM2250
Verify the ECM calibration is newer than November 2014
Resolution
Download version 1.3.0 of the DESA tool from insite.cummins.com. Depending on
internet security, this may require administrative access
Version 1.3.0 of the DESA tool will be added to the INSITE™ update manager in
February of 2015
