With aim to collect the correct references for all the personnel involved in our official
events on the track, we kindly ask you to access the Technical Web Portal by using the
diagnostic tool and enter in the new menu: “Team”.
For everyone on your staff that works on track during our official events and manage the
cars, it is mandatory to insert the business telephone number, the business e-mail
address, and a passport photo with an even bright background into the portal.
Any independent team must have an official Ferrari dealer as reference.
The Ferrari dealer name has to be reported on the form first; together with the name,
business phone, and business e-mail of the person dedicated to follow the independent
team.
It is requested that you always update this list on the web portal in the event of change in
personnel on your team.

using the diagnostic tool, and enter in the new menu: “Team”.
For all the people of your staff, that work on track during our official events and manage
the car, it is mandatory to insert the business telephone number, the business e-mail
address, a passport photo with a even bright background; for any person has to be
classified the role in the team.
Any independent team must have an official Ferrari dealer as reference.
The Ferrari dealer name has to be reported in the form first, together with the name,
business phone and business e-mail of the person dedicated to follow the independent
team.
It is requested to maintain always updated the situation on the web portal in case of
changes of data an turnover of the personnel.

Con l’obiettivo di avere i corretti riferimenti del personale coinvolto in pista nelle attività
dei nostri eventi ufficiali, vi invitiamo a collegarvi al portale tecnico Challenge , sempre
tramite il tool diagnostico, e ad entrare nella nuova sezione “Team” compilando la sezione
a voi dedicata.
Per ogni persona del vostro organico, che partecipa alle attività in pista durante i
Campionati Challenge e gestisce le vetture ai box , è obbligatorio inserire il numero di
telefono di lavoro e la mail di lavoro e una foto formato tessera in cui è visibili solamente il
volto della persona su uno sfondo chiaro ed omogeneo; per ogni profilo dovrà essere
specificato il ruolo nel team.
Ogni team della rete assistenziale ufficiale Ferrari deve avere come riferimento un dealer
della rete ufficiale Ferrari.
Il dealer ufficiale dovrà essere dichiarato nella scheda da compilare, indicando il nome
della persona del dealer dedicata ad essere il referente per il team non ufficiale.
E’ richiesto di mantenere sempre aggiornato il database sul portale qualora dovessero
esserci aggiornamenti sui dati e/o sulle persone del vostro organico.
