1. Introduction
Agility Fuel Systems LNG units are equipped with a panel-mounted heat exchanger assembly
which includes a fuel pressure regulator, an ignition switch activated solenoid valve, an electronic
control unit, a pressure gauge and a low temperature fuel sender module, see Figure 1.
This assembly typically hangs from the frame rail inboard of the street side tank. Fatigue failures on
the front-most bracket in this assembly have been found in some installations. Slots on the bracket
concentrate stress and cause the bracket to break, as shown in Figure 2.

2. Affected Units
This procedure applies to all Agility Fuel Systems LNG systems with heat exchanger assembly
brackets that have slotted bolt holes. Older Legacy LNG systems without a heat exchanger
assembly are not affected by this bulletin.

NOTE
If your heat exchanger assembly bracket has an exposed slot as shown in Figure 2, it must
be replaced.

All OEM systems with certain chassis rail grid patterns and Agility Fuel Systems assembly part
number 23812006 and bracket part number 23812101.
Assembly part number 23804006 with bracket part number 23804101 is also affected.
Volvo
-Mack chassis LNG fuel systems are not affected by this bulletin.
3. Corrective Action
Customers with vehicles equipped with slotted heat exchanger assembly brackets should contact
Agility Fuel Systems Product Support to report the condition of the brackets and reference this
bulletin, ENP-291, to receive new brackets.

Reassemble brackets with Grade 8 yellow zinc finish or higher hardware only.

4. Warranty Statement
This procedure is covered under warranty. Standard repair time (SRT) is 1 hour. Refer to warranty
reimbursement procedures in the Warranty Manual, ENP-067.
