Dealers,
In an effort to increase platform safety awareness, E-ONE is sending safety labels directly to our customers to
be applied on the interior of the aerial platform. Below is a copy of the letter that will acompany the labels. An
email will be sent to each Dealer Principle and Service Manager to notify which customers of yours will be
receiving the labels. If you have any questions, please contact Technical Support at 352-861-3612.

interior of the aerial platform. Please affix label part number 521378 on the inside of each of the platform doors per the
photos below. Affix label part number 521380 in close proximity of each tie-off attachment point per photos below. If you
